Fleeing Criminals Crash Car Into German Family; Two Hospitalized ━ The European Conservative

A car occupied by three men crashed into a young family waiting at a pedestrian crossing, leaving multiple people injured on Saturday evening. The vehicle struck a 52-year-old grandmother, a 25-year-old father, and his two children, aged one and two. The 21-year-old mother was also present at the time.

“The car hit the people, parts of a stroller flew in the air, people fell to the ground,” one witness recalled. Instead of stopping, the car sped away, leaving the injured family behind on the pavement.

The suspects had allegedly been involved in a violent altercation shortly before the crash. Police later apprehended the vehicle and arrested the three occupants, aged 24, 28, and 29. One of them, a 28-year-old man, was found to be the subject of an outstanding arrest warrant and was immediately taken into custody.

Photos of the arrest circulating on social media suggest the suspects may have had an immigrant background.

Emergency services quickly arrived at the scene, transporting the injured family members to the hospital. Fortunately, the father and baby were released later that evening with minor injuries. However, the grandmother and her two-year-old grandson remain hospitalized.
